Essential due to limited daily slots and high demand, especially during sunrise/sunset. Full Payment: Required upfront to secure the flight time. Check-in: Arrive at the launch site (Sealine Beach Area) 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the safety briefing. Age/Weight: Typically valid for ages 10/12+ and subject to a maximum weight limit (usually around 100-110 kg).
Flights are highly dependent on favorable wind and visibility. If canceled by Sky Masters due to weather, a free reschedule is offered, or a full refund. Customer Cancellation: Requires 48 hours advance notice for a full refund/credit. Later cancellations often result in forfeiture of the fee.
Passengers must be able to securely step into and out of the small trike carriage and safely fasten the harness. Not suitable for: Individuals with serious neck, back, or heart conditions, or pregnant women. The launch area is typically on sand/desert terrain.
Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes with laces (mandatory). Safety Gear: Helmet and radio communication equipment provided and mandatory. Loose Items: All phones, cameras, sunglasses, and jewelry must be secured or left behind to prevent loss during flight. Briefing: Adhere strictly to the pilot's pre-flight safety instructions and hand signals.
Operators carry aviation liability insurance as required by law. Important: The flight fee does not typically include personal medical coverage.
